My hourly fee is $125.00

There is a $50.00 charge for missed appointments without 24 hour notice.

If you are covered by another private insurance, I can be reimbursed as an Out of Network Provider.

LADAC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) Assessment

My fee for assessments is $150.00/hr with a two hour minimum.
